What is neuromuscular therapy?

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is used for pain relief and specific problems. Structural and postural imbalances are identified through an initial postural assessment. These are then addressed through systematic and site specific massage. NMT reduces pain, tension, postural imbalance, and lengthens and strengthens tissues. A combination of the above is used in this treatment to get best results

Who is Sports Massage for?

Sports massage can benefit a wide range of different people: from professionals and marathon runners to someone new to exercise wanting to prepare their bodies for the next steps. Even those people who have no desire to get involved in sports of any kind can benefit from the relief of tension , aches, and pains on a regular basis. 

What injuries do I treat?

I treat sports injuries ranging from minor aches and pain to those more serious injuries that require surgery and post-operative rehabilitation. Examples of sporting injuries I treat are:

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a theory and therapy that uses the feet as a map, or mirror, of the whole body. By manipulating, and applying pressure to certain parts of the feet, the whole body can be‘re-tuned’ and brought back into balance

What is a pregnancy massage?

A pregnancy massage is a specially adapted gentle and soothing massage tailored specifically for the mother-to-be. As a term, ‘pregnancy massage’ applies to any hands-on massage treatment for a woman during her pregnancy. It can therefore vary enormously in terms of what it consists of. However, for many women, pregnancy massage benefits include easing aches and pains, as well as facilitating relaxation and preparation for labour.
